The Pygar Project builds open source software that provides the way forward. This book belongs to that open source project. The book explains the pressing need for the integration of security and privacy concerns and furthermore explains the way forward from the viewpoints of end user, system architect and software developer. Introductory Chapter of the Book Full Draft of the Book The book is offered here in draft form now. It needs collaborators to complete it. This is an open source book project. Blind Encrypted Data Matching or BEDM should improve both privacy and security features immediately and over time expand cooperation in society, government, and commerce. You have reached this page through an old link. We recommend navigating to the current web site: OpenBEDM.org This project is also known as the Pygar Project after its mascot "Pygar" - a mythical blind angel who worked good deeds without the benefit of sight. OpenBEDM and the Third-Way are expected to do likewise. |
